Our estate property actually sold within hours of the listing. Our agent was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had during the overall process. She was exceptionally good at having cadre of workmen (I.e., handymen, exterminators) to quickly address deficiencies with an aged estate property. There were delays relative to closing with the buyer and also the fact that a VA loan was involved. Only area for improvement is in proactive communications. Oft times I would have to initiate communications on status, etc. For example, we were very anxious as to the status of the closing and we had no communication that the closing had occurred on the expected, scheduled closing date. I contacted the closing company to ensure closing had taken place. Overall, good experience with a comparatively low value sales transaction. Never felt that the agent was giving less service for not much return. Thank you BHHS.
